Coaching - the approach

We talk. You talk, I listen. I ask, you respond. You decide.

The Socratic questioning method, named after the ancient Greek philosopher Socrates,  uses thought-provoking questions to guide you through self exploration and discovery and help you reflect on behaviours, habits, and choices.

Situational role play, targeted tests, exercises, nature walks and relaxation techniques are used to complement the dialogue, as and if considered useful.

The goal: identify the problem(s) and explore realistic solutions that help you achieve your goal.
